DHL shipping
We send our products in principle by DHL. If you have the wish of another shipping company you can contact us by email (info@exapur.com).
 
The shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size and the respective recipient country.
 
We only deliver to addresses in Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Great Britain and other EU-Countries.
 
If you are not from one of the above mentioned countries, please feel free to contact us. We will then calculate the respective shipping price individually.
 
In addition to the stated product prices, we charge flat-rate shipping costs for delivery within Germany [standard shipping: 6.80 EUR per order]. Within the EU and outside Germany the standard shipping costs are [11 EUR per order]. The shipping costs will be communicated to you during the order process and confirmed again on the order page.
 
Please note! 
We can only approve a refund if an order is lost during insured shipping.
If you have chosen standard shipping, a refund is not possible because we cannot check if you have received your package.
